Craftsmanship

Our wooden toys are 100% handcrafted in our family workshop in Huntsville, TX, U.S.A. The majority of our lumber is sourced locally and the rest of our lumber is purchased through suppliers who abide by strict sustainability practices. The few parts we do not manufacture ourselves such as our ball wheels are also made in the United States.

Wild Oak Co. is a family owned and operated business!

All of our items are handmade and hand finished, that means that even though we may use the same practices and techniques to make all of our toys, each one is totally unique! Due to the nature of our materials each item is also going to have a unique coloring and grain, this is part of what we believe makes our wooden toys so special. We never use any paints, stains, or dyes we love to let the natural beauty of the wood shine.

Yes! Our toys are ASTM F963-11 compliant and we are registered with the CPSC as a small batch manufacturer.

We love hearing your ideas for what kind of toys Wild Oak Co. should make next, however due to the extensive time commitment it takes to design and test each item, we cannot take any custom orders.

Yes! We stand behind the craftsmanship of our product, so all our products have a lifetime guarantee as long as the care instructions have been followed. If you are have any issues related to the quality of the manufacturing of our product outside of normal wear and tear please email us at hello@wildoak.co with your order number,  a picture of the defective item along with a short description of the problem and we will work with you to resolve the issue. 

Care Instructions

At Wild Oak Co. we handcraft each toy here in Texas and all of our products are inspected by several people before leaving our workshop. If there is something we missed with your toy please email us at hello@wildoak.co so we can find a solution.

*Always inspect your toy before each use.

*Discontinue use if there is any sign of wear or damage.

*Do no submerge.

*Wipe with damp cloth and mild dish soap if necessary- Dry immediately.

*If the finish on your toy dulls over time you can apply a mixture of beeswax and your favorite food grade oil to bring back some shine.

Orders

Cancellation requests are not guaranteed. Your order will begin to process once you receive your order confirmation by email, once a tracking number has been generated for your order we will no longer be able to cancel your order.

All discounts, store credits, and gift cards must be applied to your order at check out. We will not be able to retroactively apply these.

Your order will begin to process once you receive your order confirmation by email, we will not be able to make any changes to your order at that time and a separate order will have to be placed. The customer will be responsible for the shipping cost of both orders.

Shipping

Unless otherwise noted on the product listing, orders will ship out within 2-5 business days. During the holiday season or during large product drops there may be a day or two delay depending on demand. Once you receive a shipping notification please allow approximately 2-5 days for delivery. If you need your order to be rushed please email us at hello@wildoak.co and we will try to accommodate you, please note that all additional shipping costs will apply.

Please make sure you provide an email at check out so that you can receive your tracking number. If you have not received it please email us at hello@wildoak.co

All of our orders come with an automatic $100 worth of insurance, if you would like additional coverage please select that option at checkout. 

The customer is responsible for insuring the correct information for billing and shipping at the time of the order being placed. Any requests for changes on the order once it has been processed, can not be guaranteed. Reshipment on packages returned to us due to the incorrect address will be at the customer’s cost.

Wild Oak Co. is not responsible for delayed or lost packages. Please contact the carrier with any and all claims.

Returns + Exchanges

All sales are final. If it is a craftsmanship issue please see above policy.

We cannot process returns of products that were purchased through one of our retailers. Please contact their customer service department for help processing your return.

If you have a problem with your items please contact us within two weeks or receiving your oder so we can work together to resolve your issue.
